Are you an experienced ABA paraprofessional looking for meaningful, consistent work with a supportive team? Join us in Needham, MA, where you’ll help elementary school–aged students build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a structured and positive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA support to elementary school–aged students
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect data and track student progress
Collaborate with educators and clinical staff
Create a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as an ABA paraprofessional / behavior technician
Experience working with adolescents or in school-based settings preferred
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Toileting Included
Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
