Full-Time Accountant
Now Hiring: Full-Time Accountant
Location: Mid County Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$25/hour DOEPosition
Type: Temp-to-Hire
A client in the Mid County area is seeking an experienced Full-Time Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of accounting and office support duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle all accounts payable
Distribute incoming mail
Billing for new construction projects
Manage banking transactions and deposits
Monitor and reconcile credit cards and accounts
Review monthly budgets, overages, and charges
Provide basic customer service and answer phones
Assist with general client relations
Provide internal office support as needed
Complete data entry, filing, sorting mail, and organizing documents
Process and audit accounts and records
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
3-5 years of accounting experience required
Proficient inQuickBooks andMicrosoft Office
Additional software experience may be helpful; training will be provided for industry-specific systems
10-Key experience preferred
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Must be adaptable, dependable, and able to work professionally with a positive attitude
