JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quality Assurance EngineerNecedah, WI\$85,000 + DOEMonday through Friday, day shiftDirect Hire A quality role focused on process, data, and continuous improvement RSS Talent Partners is partnering with a client in Necedah, WI, to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with manufacturing processes, analyzing quality data, and driving improvements across operations. What you\'ll work on Coordinate PPAP documentation and support product launches Perform inspections and testing on raw materials and finished products Investigate customer complaints using root cause analysis and corrective actions Manage non-conforming materials and support resolution processes Assist with internal and external audits Contribute to quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product quality What you bring Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive environments Experience with quality tools such as SPC, PPAP, and GD&T Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively across teams What to expect Monday through Friday day shift schedule Direct hire opportunity Salary of \$85,000 + depending on experience Exposure to cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams Why work with RSS Talent Partners Referral bonus opportunities A responsive team that supports you throughout the hiring process Additional benefits may be offered by the client upon hire.
