1. AI & Digital Transformation:

  • Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Python scripts, Power Automate) into daily STA and Business Office workflows.

  • Develop prompt engineering strategies to streamline reporting, data visualization, and technical documentation.

  • Create dashboards and automated alerts to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality and launch readiness.

2. Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Support:

  • Collaborate with STA Site Engineers to understand supplier manufacturing issues and quality constraints.

  • Assist in the root-cause analysis of technical problems using data-driven insights.

  • Support the tracking of supplier capacity planning and program launch milestones.

3. Business Office Collaboration:

  • Support the Business Office in resource allocation analysis, budget tracking, and strategic planning presentations.

  • Bridge the gap between technical engineering data and high-level business reporting.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture requirements and propose innovative solutions for administrative bottlenecks.

4. Continuous Learning & Improvement:

  • Actively participate in training regarding Ford’s Global Quality Standards and Supply Chain processes.

  • Maintain a "student mindset," constantly researching new AI trends and applying them to business scenarios.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Systems, Industrial, Mechanical) or Computer Science.

  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. Basic coding skills (Python/VBA) are highly desirable.

  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.

  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
