Ford Motor Company SPILS Program Compliance Analyst in Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico
You will be identifying safety regulatory and homologation requirements for Ford vehicles and working with Product Development engineers to ensure vehicle compliance demonstration in support of Ford program timing milestones throughout the development cycle, product launch phase, on-going change management and field evaluations.

Responsibilities
What you'll do...
· Identify safety regulatory and homologation requirements to vehicle program teams for all applicable markets
· Ensure robust compliance through the cascade of requirements and participation in vehicle program regulatory planning process and implementation
· Develop and deliver safety plans to vehicle programs and participate in the target setting process
· Support development of homologation plans and ensure vehicle programs complete homologation processes for global markets
· Support product milestone deliverables and compliance demonstration plan and reporting process
· Track compliance documentation submissions and homologation progress and provide the vehicle program team with a risk assessment at appropriate major program milestones and reviews
Qualifications
You'll have...
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Degree
· 1+ year of experience with program management – coursework allowed
· Strong written and oral communication skills
Even better, you may have...
· 1+ year of experience Product Development experience and knowledge of global regulatory safety requirements (FMVSS, ECE, GCC and China)
· 1+ year of experience and knowledge of vehicle self-certification and vehicle type approval (witness testing) processes is a plus
· Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often times with conflicting or competing objectives
· High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams
