Ford Motor Company SAP Basis Shared Service in Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico
In this role, you will be part of the Shared Service team for SAP Business Intelligence development & support serving mainly to our Europe & North America landscapes at Ford.
You will do SAP Business Intelligence (BI) work like:
· Understand new SAP BI technologies like SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Business
Data Cloud.
· Support current development in FCSD Europe & NA
· Take a knowledge transfer from FCSD EU development team to support Datasphere Production environment during mid 2026.
· Bring proven BI and Analytics experience to further expand our team’s footprint across SAP Landscapes in North America.
· Work closely with dedicated SAP Security & Basis teams to coordinate BI activities.
· Bring managerial & communication skills to help the whole SAP Mexico team in tasks coordinationand reporting to our local People Leader.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in BI and exposure to new technologies in SAP (ideal but not mandatory since these are brand new technologies).
The candidate must be adaptable, willing to continuously learn, and stay updated with the latest SAP trends. This role requires the candidate to be based in Mexico, working closely with global teams in Chennai, Germany, and the US.
Educational Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP ABAP & FIORI.
Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of BI, SQL, common BI tools in the market for Dashboards & reports as well as SAP BI tools like Datasphere, SAC.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross- functional environment as well as managerial skills.
Adaptability and Learning:
· Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, with a continuous learning mindset.
· Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies.
Language:
· Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
