Are you looking for a Fast-paced, dynamic challenge that allows you to play a critical role in Ford blue's Icons programs (Bronco, Mustang, Ranger). We are seeking for a self-managed with strong leadership skills team member eager to support the Supply Chain team by working Cross-functionally to deliver competitive material cost and quality, meet program timing and problem solve.
As a Program Control Analyst - Supply Chain , you will be participating in the strategic decisions for our future products on Mustang/Bronco/Ranger family, You will learn about new technologies and features and will be able to influence the organization to drive solutions to deliver the best cost and best quality. You will be interacting with a large cross-functional team including engineers, buyers, finance, cost estimators, STA, Manufacturing, launch team, etc. and you will be the Key Supply Chain representative in the Program.
What you'll do...
Drive on-time sourcing of Ford Blue Icons vehicle programs
Manage competitive cost delivery
Monitor and deliver México, USA y Canada compliance, and other key regulatory request from a program perspective
Represent the Program in Senior Supply Chain Program Reviews as required to keep the teams on track, discuss key issues and help needed, and disseminate information
Build strong relationships within the various Supply Chain teams
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product Development, Finance, Planning, MP&L and the various other organizations that Program Control regularly interfaces with
Support Supply Chain Strategy on pre-program planning
Manage work plan rollup of program Commodity Planning, Sourcing and Negotiated quote processes
Communicate program information, status and requirements to Supply Chain teams
Overall PoV owner for Supply Chain on program - prepare program status reports to support program status reviews
What you'll bring:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years of Supply Chain / Commodity / Program Management experience

Masters Degree
5+ years of Supply Chain / Commodity / Program Management experience
Strong Communicator than can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging
Strategic and analytical thinking to develop effective and organized program reviews on weekly basis
Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.
Strong knowledge across complex sourcing processes
Strong English Proficiency (written, read, and oral).
Soft skills

Comfortable with navigating ambiguity
Collaborative team player
