GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the provision of efficient and safe valet and shuttle services to employees and patients. This will be accomplished by the scheduling of staff to meet the needs of the facility on a daily basis and maintain patient and employee satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Transport and assist patients, visitors and employees requiring shuttle and parking services to/from parking locations to hospital (50%)
Perform management responsibilities to include, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of the team; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; manage to assigned budgets. (20%)
Monitors all parking/valet/shuttle services, to ensure that staff are properly scheduled to meet patient and employee needs (10%)
Communicates closely with senior leadership to ensure that service needs for staff, departments, and patients are being met. (5%)
Resolves problems and service disruptions with a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction. (5%)
Follow up on complaints to ensure effectiveness of issue resolution (5%)
Monitors and schedules all vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed. (5%)
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Q UALIFICATIONS:
Required
High School/GED
1 year with Driving Experience
1 year with Leadership
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Preferred
- 3 Years of relevant experience
