Long Island Housing Services, the not-for-profit, Fair Housing agency serving Nassau and Suffolk is currently seeking conscientious people to serve as Fair Housing Testers Fair Housing Testers are considered Per Diem If hired for per diem employment, LIHS will pay $26.00 per hour, plus some mileage expenses. Qualifications: Must attend a training session (3 hours) Must be reliable Must have reliable and personal motor vehicle transportation, current and valid New York state drivers license and insurance coverage required by New York state law Willing to work in Nassau & Suffolk Ability to write a report and properly follow instructions Honesty and objectivity Long Island Housing Services needs conscientious people for ongoing projects.
