Order Picker / Packer Suffolk & Nassau Counties, NY $17.00 $21.00+ per hour Full-Time | Day & Evening Shifts Position Overview The Order Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities Pick products using RF scanners or pick tickets Verify item numbers, quantities, and condition Pack and label orders according to shipping specifications Prepare pallets for shipment Maintain inventory accuracy Meet daily productivity goals Requirements Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Basic computer or handheld scanner proficiency Strong attention to detail Skills Accuracy and efficiency Organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team
