  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of supplier scorecards, KPI tracking tools, and performance dashboards

  • Assist in building and refining lead time standards using historical delivery data

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Operations) to validate data quality and ensure consistent performance measurement

  • Draft and maintain documentation including standard operating procedures, supplier communication templates, and process playbooks

  • Participate in supplier engagement activities, including performance reviews and corrective action follow-up

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Knowledge of SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MS Access and SQL

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

  • Experience in program or project management
