Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to the organization's overall financial health.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Perform variance analyses to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
• Prepare and present ad hoc financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze gross margin and profitability data to identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Provide recommendations to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in all analyses and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and software, including advanced Excel skills.
• Expertise in variance analysis and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present ad hoc financial reports to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of gross margin and profitability analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
