How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead Rapid Emergency Response Coordination Take command of all incoming alarms and service requests by initiating immediate action plans to protect the safety of patients and staff.
Master Strategic Staff Dispatching Drive operational efficiency by directing security personnel to high priority areas and retrieving vital documentation to ensure every incident is fully accounted for.
Champion Proactive Surveillance and Monitoring Act as a vital layer of defense by utilizing advanced communication and surveillance systems to identify and mitigate potential security threats in real time.
Support Departmental Growth and Leadership Take accountability for the full lifecycle of the security team by managing hiring and training while providing performance appraisals that drive professional excellence.
Deliver Seamless Staffing and Problem Resolution Initiate vital communication with leadership to secure additional support and assist in resolving complex operational issues during high demand shifts.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
