Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling and building equipment in the shop and performing final quality checks before shipment to customers.
Responsibilities
Assemble and build equipment in the shop.
Perform final quality checks on equipment prior to shipment.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
Essential Skills
Ability to read blueprints.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing experience.
Experience in repair and maintenance programs.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean and temperature-controlled shop located in Nashville. The company specializes in making robotic sorters for the recycling industry, and while the shop is comfortable, some travel to recycling sites may be required, which can be less controlled.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
