Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking six experienced machine operators for direct hire placements at a food manufacturing facility. The role involves running and commissioning advanced food manufacturing equipment and requires a high level of expertise.
Responsibilities
Operate and commission food manufacturing equipment efficiently.
Document any issues or concerns with machinery.
Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for future machine operators.
Clean, inspect, and lubricate machines regularly.
Perform simple changeovers using a reference list.
Add and load materials into machines.
Adapt to the startup environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation and machine operating.
Skills in packaging and production.
Leadership abilities in food production, food processing, packing, production, inspection, and packaging.

Work Environment
Work in a brand-new, highly automated food processing plant with climate-controlled conditions, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Initial training will be conducted on the job, and flexibility is required to adapt to new processes. The facility is currently equipped with portable bathrooms while permanent plumbing is being installed. Work shifts are from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 5 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Overtime is available after 40 hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
DP Benes: - $75 Steel Toe/Composite Stipend - Medical, Dental, Vision – 3 Medical plans no high deductible. Anthem BlueCross. - Benes start 1st of month. - 15 PTO days accrued. - 6 Sick days accrued. - 401K after 90 days. 100% match up to 4%.
