ole Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Youll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while meeting food safety and quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
Equipment Operation:Ensure safe and efficient machine performance.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Adjust settings to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
Quality and Compliance:Maintain product and food safety standards.
- Perform product inspections and quality checks
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures
Maintenance and Support:Keep equipment running effectively.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Work with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Machine operation experience (food or beverage preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
