Job Summary and Qualifications
The Compensation Analyst supports the business and the Compensation Director by assisting with analytics, job evaluations, surveys, and other responsibilities as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
Support Compensation Directors and consulting engagements.
Perform routine or intermediate analytics.
Perform routine job evaluations.
Participate in compensation surveys.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree Required
Master's degree Preferred
1+ year(s) of experience in relevant work experience Required
Healthcare and general industry experience Preferred Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Licenses, Certifications, & Training:
PHR Preferred
Cert Compensation Professional Preferred
