What you will accomplish in this role
The Clinical Implementation Analyst is a subject-matter expert who actively participates and leads the implementation of clinical strategies and operations. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflow and all of the coordination that takes place throughout the facility in order to enhance communication, improve clinical workflow and patient care.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide coordination, oversight, and serve as a consultant to the Implementation team as well as facility, division, and corporate teams implementing strategies and operations.
Collaborate with project leadership, business owners, ITG, and other team members in the definition and development of new or additional functionality to meet clinical needs.
Apply advanced knowledge of evidence-based practice and interpersonal skills in clinical implementation.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Independently lead project teams before, during and after system implementations.
Research and apply best practices to develop and drive innovative solutions.
Develop and lead a standardized and consistent approach relating to clinical implementation.
Managing team updates to the project guidance and documentation supporting facility implementations based upon best practices, experience, and lessons learned.
Develop appropriate strategies, plans, tools and approaches to ensure successful clinical implementation of technologies and services.
Lead effective communications among all team members to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations and requirements.
Lead the development of project implementation tools from a comprehensive perspective to determine readiness for various activities.
Lead and coordinate initial project orientation, organize and manage the clinical component of implementations, work in conjunction with corporate, division, and facility leadership.
Develop training materials and education plans in collaboration with vendors and other project resources.
Deliver training to division and facility teams in collaboration with vendors and other members of the project team.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training strategies and materials and recommend changes.
Evaluate clinical systems to identify functional gaps and research potential solutions.
Collaborate with project management to assist in managing multiple, large-scale implementations.
Serve as a mentor for team members.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required but master’s degree preferred
Current RN License required
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse required
5+ years of experience in related clinical and / or implementation experience with additional organizational or project leadership experience required
This is a remote position with up to 75% travel required
