Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Cerner Lab Information Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Cerner Lab Information Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Department supporting multiple sites within the Nashville area.

Job Title: Cerner Lab Information Systems Analyst

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Pay Range: $45 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform analysis, maintenance, testing, and support of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

  • Support system software, database activities, user workflows, training, auditing, reporting, and downtime procedures.

  • Maintain system software and manage the database for all LIS applications.

  • Monitor LIS health including error logs, interface queues, and analyzer connectivity.

  • Participate in change control processes for LIS updates and validate system upgrades and patches.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma with applicable experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2–4 years of LIS, EHR, or clinical informatics experience.

  • Preferred exposure to HL7/interfaces and basic SQL or reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
