What you will accomplish in this role

HCA’s Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) team delivers a step change in that direction through clinically led integration of digital and AI technologies into care.

As a AI Enablement Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our Low Code AI product strategy. Reporting to the Director of AI Enablement, you will work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver innovative AI solutions for HCA. Your technical expertise and product management skills will be essential in defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our AI products.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap for Low Code AI, with a focus on Agentic AI features.

  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the Gen AI and Agentic AI space. This includes identifying potential applications for AI agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define and prioritize product requirements.

  • Write detailed product specifications and user stories for AI agent development and integration.

  • Support the communication of value proposition and progress of Low Code AI capabilities to internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Stay current with advancements in AI, Agentic AI, and related technologies.

  • Support collaboration across HCA business functions, IT, and enterprise product teams to ensure integrated execution.

  • Ensure that Low Code AI projects support our needs for scalability, security, and responsible AI governance, with specific attention to the ethical implications of AI agents.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field - Required

  • Master’s degree - Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role – Required

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience using and managing requirements for products incorporating AI/ML models, generative AI technologies, and AI agentic development.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services (e.g. GCP, Azure).

  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Understanding of responsible AI principles and best practices.

Work Location/Schedule:

  • Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)

  • Onsite: M-F, 8am – 5pm

Travel Required:

  • Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis.
