Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Production Supervisor to join a client's first shift team. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production employees to achieve production goals.

Skills and Requirements

-At least 3 years of experience working as an operator on a coil-fed slitting machine.

-At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment in the metals processing industry.

-Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be able to coach, mentor, and develop team members and work effectively at all levels of the organization.

-Proven knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.

-In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards. -IATF certification or experience.
