Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: . • Analyze Business Issues: Drive Business Alignment: Align business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for the client, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals. • . • Deliver Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about their IT application portfolio and associated business processes.
Required technical and professional expertise
• IT Service Delivery Expertise: Deep expertise in IT service delivery processes, including the development and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is required to effectively analyze clients' business issues and develop solutions.
• Business Process Alignment: Deep understanding of aligning business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for clients, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals. •
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to apply analytical skills to complex business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions is essential for success in this role.
