Night Shift Deburr / Paint Prep Technician
We're looking for someone who takes pride in the little things---because around here, the little things make a big difference.
Before our parts hit the paint booth, they need to be cleaned up, smoothed out, and prepped to perfection. That's where you come in. If you've ever looked at a rough edge and thought, "I can make that better," you might be exactly who we're looking for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deburring machined and welded parts (yes, you'll become very familiar with edges... all of them)
- Grinding, smoothing, and cleaning parts to get them paint-ready
- Washing parts before they head into the paint booth
- Safely moving, rigging, lifting, and flipping parts using overhead cranes
- Working with a team that actually has your back
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss---and fix it)
- Solid work ethic (you show up, get it done, and do it right)
- Experience with:
- Deburr knives, grinders, and hand tools
- Power washers
- Overhead cranes and rigging (preferred, but we can help train the right person)
- Basic blueprint reading and general manufacturing knowledge
- A reliable, positive attitude (seriously... we mean it about the bad attitudes)
The Schedule & Perks
- Night shift (flexible hours---we understand life happens)
- 40--50 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday
