School Facilities Supervisor
Schedule: Mid-Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $21.00/hour + Bonuses
Location: Napoleon Community Schools, Napoleon, MI
Enviro-Clean is hiring a hands-on manager to lead custodial operations across school facilities. You'll manage teams, ensure quality standards, and build strong relationships with school staff.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise custodial teams
- Manage schedules, staffing, and coverage
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Train and coach employees
- Work directly with school staff
Requirements
- Supervisory experience required
- Facilities/janitorial/hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
- Comfortable working afternoons/evenings
