Small Parts Assembler – Day Shift
Location: Naples, FL
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Day shift with flexible start times (Monday–Friday)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Small Parts Assembler to perform detailed assembly of small electronic components using a microscope. This role requires excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and the patience to perform precision work while seated for extended periods. The ideal candidate enjoys meticulous work and takes pride in producing high‑quality assemblies.
Responsibilities
Assemble small electronic components and subassemblies under a microscope
Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
Use hand tools and specialty tools for micro‑assembly
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Meet quality and productivity standards while maintaining attention to detail
Report defects, issues, or process concerns to supervision
Adhere to safety and quality guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Ability to sit for long periods while performing precision assembly work
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Patience and focus to work under a microscope for extended durations
Good hand‑eye coordination
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic visual inspection skills
Prior assembly, electronics, or microscope experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Seated position for most of the shift
Repetitive hand and finger movements
Use of microscope for detailed work
Stable lighting and controlled indoor environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
