Job Title: Product Surveillance Senior Quality EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Surveillance Senior Quality Engineer to enhance product improvement efforts. The role involves performing and supporting product quality complaint evaluations, conducting detailed investigations, analyzing and trending product quality complaint data, and providing timely customer feedback to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis inclusive of statistical analysis.
Evaluate devices for returned products.
Perform trending and signal analysis.
Manage internal product complaints.
Support audit activities.
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements.
Proficiency in CAPA and RCA processes.
Experience with statistical methods for analysis.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
Understanding of orthopedic surgery principles, theories, and products.
Excellent presentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Excel, Control Charts, and PowerPoint.
Experience with medical devices and orthopedic products is essential.
Experience with Windchill is beneficial.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite in Naples and requires presence during business working hours. Candidates willing to relocate or travel for a 5-month period are welcome. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to work with minimal supervision while gaining exposure to Senior leadership through complaint analysis presentations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
