Physical Therapist
Location: Naples, FL (Multiple Locations)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available

QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida
BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Able to work independently with general supervision
Strong leadership, delegation, teamwork, and time management skills
Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients
Assess patient strengths, weaknesses, and pain
Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient input
Select, monitor, and modify equipment, procedures, and diagnostic methods
Set measurable, objective therapeutic goals and update them as needed
Treat patients of all ages and cultures using appropriate interventions
Utilize growth and development knowledge in patient care
Make appropriate referrals and use available resources effectively
Maintain competency in all common clinical procedures and equipment
Pursue development in specialty areas such as aquatics, lymphedema, manual therapy, Mckenzie, neurologic (NDT), orthopedic, sports, wound, vestibular, sensory integration, or FCEs
Follow ethical practices established by the Florida Board of Examiners
Delegate patient care appropriately to team members
Provide teaching and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare team members
Communicate patient progress and needs in a professional and timely manner
Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation
Perform chart audits and ensure legible medical record entries
Report and complete all patient care information needed for follow-up
