IHG 餐饮部经理 in Nanjing, China
1、负责餐饮部前场日常运营管理,包括餐厅、宴会等区域,确保服务质量和顾客满意度;
2、执行部门的年度、季度、月度经营计划,完成营收指标;
3、监督食品卫生、安全及服务质量标准,确保符合酒店及集团规范;
4、策划并组织餐饮促销活动,提升品牌影响力及客户粘性;
5、管理并培训餐饮团队,提升员工专业技能及服务意识,打造高效协作的团队氛围;
6、处理客户投诉及突发事件,维护酒店声誉及客户关系;
7、与总厨及其他部门保持高效沟通,确保餐饮服务流程顺畅。
1、具备餐饮行业管理经验,熟悉酒店餐饮运营流程及服务标准;
2、优秀的团队管理能力,能够有效激励员工并提升团队绩效;
3、较强的成本控制意识及数据分析能力,能够制定合理的经营策略;
4、良好的沟通协调能力,能够处理客户关系及跨部门协作;
5、具备创新思维,能够策划并执行餐饮营销活动;
6、有星级酒店或知名餐饮品牌工作经验者优先(中餐背景为佳)。
