Honeywell Sr Finance Analyst in Nanjing, China
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead AOP (annual operating plan), quarterly forecasts and monthly SRO(Short Range Outlook), ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with strategic priorities.
Analyze revenue, cost, margin and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; Prepare financial reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Sales, Marketing, Operation) to monitor spending, evaluate variances, support business initiatives with financial insights and ensure financial discipline across the organization.
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, pricing analysis and long‑term strategic planning.
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Experience with financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
