Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Nampa. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for metalwork, particularly those looking to transition into welding full-time. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and a 3G Welding Certificate is preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks efficiently.
Execute MIG and flux core welding according to blueprints.
Operate fabrication equipment, including press brake.
Ensure high-quality welding standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3G Welding Certificate is preferred.
Experience with grinding and metal cutting.

Work Environment
The position is based in a fabrication shop within a plant environment, with work hours from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. The role involves hands-on metal fabrication and welding tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
