ManpowerGroup Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Nampa, Idaho
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the logistics department supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Location: Nampa, ID
Pay Range: $20 hourly
What's the Job?
Oversee outbound packages to ensure timely and accurate transportation.
Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, including work logs, usage metrics, and customer issues.
Complete daily shipping plans by scheduling and assigning loads, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress.
Coordinate communication among branch staff regarding order errors, add-ons, or changes.
Print and distribute invoices, sort incoming mail and faxes, and prepare outgoing correspondence.
What's Needed?
At least 2 years of shipping experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written instructions and business documents.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Word and Excel.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Ability to meet quality and safety standards daily.
