Job Title: Concrete Laborer Job Description
As a Concrete Laborer, you will engage in a variety of tasks such as general labor, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning up forms after use. You will also assist with basic carpentry and maintain an organized work area. Operating in a manufacturing setting, you will collaborate with a team to create precast concrete products. While extensive experience isn't necessary, a background in construction or factory work is advantageous. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working with their hands.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks including setting up and pouring concrete.
Clean and organize forms post-use.
Assist in basic carpentry tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Work collaboratively with the team to manufacture precast concrete products.
Essential Skills
Basic carpentry and mechanical skills.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders.
Proficiency in basic math and use of measurement tools such as tape measures and levels.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete work preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
