Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations, perform hands‑on production tasks, and help ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders. Tasks are routine, well‑defined, and supported by detailed instructions and training.
Key Responsibilities
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging
Support production goals to ensure timely completion of customer orders
Assemble small components by hand with accuracy and attention to detail
Follow established production standards, policies, and procedures
Maintain awareness of quality expectations and production targets
Operate within defined guidelines and seek approval for process deviations
Required Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small components
Previous electronic manufacturing experience preferred (through‑hole or surface‑mount soldering a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with continuous improvement practices

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
