Unilever CD Excellence Executive in n/a, United Arab Emirates
JOB PURPOSE
This role enables CD Excellence through strong data management, reporting accuracy, and execution support to improve overall in ‑ store performance. It focuses on strengthening analytical capabilities and ensuring high ‑ quality, insight ‑ driven reporting that supports decision ‑ making for the Planning and Execution teams. You will also lead initiatives that enhance merchandising efficiency and drive Perfect Store excellence across all execution KPIs, ensuring consistent, high ‑ standard activation in every store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage weekly sell-out, stock, week cover, and stock ageing reports.
Validate channel/customer master data and maintain data accuracy.
Consolidate Perfect Store and Visibility dashboards.
Support JBP data packs and customer-specific trackers.
Ensure distributor data submissions accuracy.
Provide CD insights and ad-hoc data analysis.
Support field execution reporting including activation and planogram compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, PowerBI , dashboard handling)
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Good understanding of MT/GT channels in the UAE
Ability to work with distributor data, customer masters, and field execution teams
Problem solving, process driven, and comfortable working with large datasets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Perfect Store frameworks.
Basic understanding of in-store execution (visibility, planograms, activation tracking)
