About Us!
Regional Commercial & Operations is a supporting department for the CARSOME core pillars. It consists of ensuring high-quality performance at a detailed process level, with a focus on detecting process or system failures early and reporting them to the regional pillar. Management of improvement projects that optimize the operational processes and systems in accordance with CARSOME's target operating model.
Your Day-to-Day
Lead Commercial or Operation improvement projects
Define the current status and key challenges
Develop mechanism to measure project results (qualitatively or quantitatively)
Plan and prioritize improvement measures
Plan and implement improvement measures
Take corrective measures at regular intervals if actual results deviate from target results
Go to Gemba:
Be the eye on the ground for the department heads
Gather project relevant information and understand the country specific problems/requirements
Constant effort to identify areas of improvement
Optimizing the communication flows between country and regional teams
Define requirements and answer the questions for both sides (country/regional team) “what do we need to support you” and “how you can support us”
Benchmarking country processes, best practice exchange and standardization of operational processes
Identify and manage continuous improvement of methods, systems and tools (eg. 5S, Shopfloor, appointment booking logics, process workshops) that will help our operations teams to manage capacity on an ongoing basis as well as deliver higher process efficiency
Performance Monitoring: lead regular cadence with relevant country teams on key performance metrices, identify improvement areas and drive operational improvements

Responsible to:
Develop and update regional SOP
Supporting in:
Consolidate/filter request
Defining product scope
UAT/Demo/walkthrough (support country team)
Travel frequency: one/two time (s) per quarter in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Thailand/ Singapore
Success Metrics:
Successful implementation of improvement/transformation projects within designated timelines and budget.
Improvement in key performance indicators related to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness and impact of the initiatives.
You Know-How
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
[7 years of experience] years of experience in project management or operation/ operational excellence roles.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Product Management knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
