Tuition Reimbursement Position Purpose:Functions under the general supervision of the Site Leader, and under the direct supervision of RehabilitationServices'Therapists, and Therapist Assistants.The Rehabilitation Aideparticipatesin performance improvement and supports program development activities, which includes providing input into the budgetary planning process, contributing to cost effectiveness ofservicesandmaintainingpositive relations with all customers.What theRehab AideWill Do:
The Rehabilitation Aideis responsible forpreparing treatment areas, cleaning treatment areas, obtainment of supplies, transporting, positioning and inassistingpatients/clients,therapistsand therapist assistants in the completion of the therapy treatment plan.
The Rehab Aide may also be assigned routine clerical support tasks in support of thepatientcare process.
The functions are performedin accordance withfacility, departmental,regulatoryand payerpolicies and proceduresand guidelines.Minimum Qualifications:
Mustbe a high school graduate.
Must have strong customer service skills.
