What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will:
Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Michigan RN license .
BLS certification required .
Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values
Ultrasound Guided Vascular Access experience required 1+ years
Purpose
The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans and delivers professional nursing care in alignment with their level of experience and education, the applicable State Board of Nursing regulations, and established organizational policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership, and clinical knowledge of nursing practice to provide relationship‑centered, compassionate, ethical, and respectful care through both direct and indirect healthcare services.
