Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing
Licensure as an LPN in the State of Michigan
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.
Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from worksite.
