Minimum Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing

  • Licensure as an LPN in the State of Michigan

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred.

  • Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.

  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from worksite.
