AAA RESTORATION, INC. Water Mitigation Technician in MURRAY, Utah
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Water Mitigation / Mold Remediation Technician to perform emergency water damage mitigation and mold remediation services in residential and commercial properties. This position requires hands-on work, professionalism with customers, and the ability to follow industry standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform water mitigation services including:
Water extraction
Drying and dehumidification
Equipment setup, monitoring, and removal
Perform mold remediation services including:
Containment setup
Removal of affected materials
Cleaning and treatment of surfaces per IICRC standards
Document job progress with photos and notes
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company SOPs
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members
Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
Assist with demolition and contents manipulation as needed
Be available for on-call emergency response rotation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
Previous experience in water mitigation or mold remediation
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position
On-call rotation required
