AAA RESTORATION, INC. Receptionist / Office Assistant in MURRAY, Utah

The Receptionist / Office Assistant is responsible for providing front-office support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while assisting the office team with clerical and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, route messages, and assist callers professionally

  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document organization

  • Assist with invoices, work orders, and basic billing tasks

  • Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized

  • Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous receptionist or office experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets)

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
  • Office-based position

  • Standard business hours - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
