Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. The role involves approximately 70% mechanical and 30% electrical work, requiring strong troubleshooting skills. You will work with equipment such as presses, die cutting machines, rollers, conveyors, and boilers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and repair presses, die cutting machines, rollers, conveyors, and boilers.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Essential Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in roller and conveyor maintenance.

  • Knowledge of schematic reading and boiler maintenance.

  • Proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting.

  • Mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with industrial maintenance and repair.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Experience with preventative maintenance practices.

Work Environment

The position is on the 3rd shift, working from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off. You will participate in an at-home test at your convenience, followed by an on-site test/interview, with feedback typically provided the next morning.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55764.00 - $77584.00/yr.
