Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician who is comfortable working with mechanical equipment such as hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and belts. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing changeovers on various equipment, as well as installing, maintaining, and repairing all furnaces, equipment, and buildings.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and belts.
Perform equipment changeovers.
Install, maintain, and repair all furnaces, equipment, and buildings.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting on PLCs, up to 480V.
Utilize basic welding skills in maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience with preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Automotive experience is a plus.
Experience with industrial maintenance, hand tools, motors, installation, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Requires knowledge of electrical systems and electronics equivalent to a two-year technical college education.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Murfreesboro, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
2.5 weeks PTO after 1 year Benefits - Dental, Vision, Health 3% 401K Match, up to 6% invested 10 Paid Holidays

This is a fully onsite position in Murfreesboro,TN.
