Boehringer Ingelheim Specialist, Testing Support in Muntinlupa, Philippines

THE POSITION

Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your knowledge in Software Testing and Validation? Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Testing Support Specialist.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of testing activities in collaboration with the Senior Specialist Testing Support, Subject Matter Experts, and Validation Managers.

  • You will perform test plan authoring, test execution, defect management, pre-execution, and post execution activities.

  • You will create, monitor, and maintain test plans, test runs, test discrepancies and documentations.

  • You will support the Head of Testing Support and Senior Specialist Testing Support with the team’s operational strategy, continuity plan, and team engagement.

About our Future Employee

You should have at least 1 year of technical experience in software testing, validation, and compliance. Should possess deep understanding of the testing process as well as familiarity with the shared service landscape.

Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in the same field is required.

  • Knowledge in GxP (Good Practice) as well as good understanding of compliance and risk management.

  • Familiarity with the shared service environment is an advantage.

  • Can communicate effectively (written, oral, presentation)

  • Familiarity with ALM, JIRA and SAP is an advantage.

  • Project management and technical/process expertise in software testing/computer system validation.

  • Sense of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
