For VDW, we are currently looking for our location in Munich Alt-Perlach a:
Virtual Sales Endo Representative (m/f/d)
Your role:
Active outbound activities to acquire new customers, supporting the field sales team in an assigned region
Professional handling of internal and external customer inquiries, e.g. questions regarding services, products and offers, as well as complaints (dentists and dental depots)
Close collaboration with the sales team as well as technical service and complaint management
Conducting consultative sales conversations with existing customers by phone; acquisition of new customers or prospects and active customer development
Processing customer inquiries and mailings
Use of the CRM database and documentation of customer contact information, including order entry
Targeted customer outreach during sales campaigns (support of the field sales team, lead and revenue generation)
Support of special sales initiatives and virtual sales promotions
Customer consulting in the context of Endo events
Your profile:
Successfully completed commercial and/or (dental) medical education, with professional experience in sales, marketing or communication
Initial experience in sales
Experience in handling complaints and acting as a medical device consultant
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Experience with CRM systems is desirable (ideally Salesforce)
Strong interest in technical and medical topics, combined with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
German as a native or near-native language; good command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
