Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end accounting operations across multiple regions, setting the standard for accuracy, compliance, and scalability while relentlessly driving process improvements that raise the bar
Collaborate globally with internal Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams, external business partners, and other departments such as Tax and Legal.
Lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects in a fast-moving, international, high-growth environment.
Lead deep-dive analytics and anomaly detection to surface actionable insights, challenge the status quo, and champion data-driven change that transforms how the business operates
Continuously enhance your skills by working with advanced finance technologies and global best practices.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and HGB.
Extensive experience in leading end-to-end accounting cycles, managing audits, and navigating multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms; leveraging automation tools and AI to improve processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn accounting data into actionable insights.
Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with advanced finance technologies, AI-driven analytics, and process automation.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
