Amazon ATS Program Manager, DA Lifecycle Experience and Services in Munich, Germany
Description
The ATS Program Manager (PM) is accountable for independently delivering the Program Strategy for the lifecycle and adoption of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ATS Product services the primary customer, the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) as they seek to hire and onboard their Delivery Associates as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. They are responsible for defining the project plan and leading a group of diverse stakeholders to deliver against such project plan. They effectively unblock the team and increase the speed of delivery by negotiating resources and priorities amongst stakeholders and program approvers. When faced with roadblocks such as technology limitations, adoption barriers and compliance requirements, they are responsible for 1) defining the problem 2) finding a path forward 3) effectively escalating following Amazon Standard Guidelines.
They are a subject matter expert in the ATS, understanding how the product works, how end users leverage the product and the costs and resources involved to execute the onboarding and hiring tasks. The PM is responsible for using this subject matter expertise to drive the adoption of the ATS. They articulate the impact to cognitive load, cost, and conversion to stakeholders. This includes launching change management communications channels, education, and programs amongst internal Amazonian end users and DSPs to drive adoption and listen to product feedback. In addition, they are responsible for change management of the program holistically from ideation to continuous improvement post launch. In addition, the PM should understand both performance of the ATS and how internal/external processes interact with the ATS.
The ATS PM serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders of the ATS and they must understand, coordinate, and influence roadmaps to push improvements that service the DSP and DA Experience. The role currently services US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE, and JP and the leader must provide best in class service to stakeholders within these communities, never allowing proximity bias to impact service provided. As the central POC customer facing, they are responsible for ensuring all stakeholders are included, informed and treated with the same level of care.
The PM is responsible for scaling past their product. They balance collecting anecdotes with analyzing data to drive a continuous improvement within the ATS hiring and onboarding space.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
