To maintain and perform task in the paint department for equipment and tools. To perform PM’s and various task related to keep paint department and production in operation.

Paint Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Key Job Elements:
• Perform PM’s of equipment;
• Rebuild and maintain tools and equipment;
• Keep maintenance logs and sheets up to date;
• Keep count of items needed for various repairs and stock of items;
• Trouble shooting issues that arise and find best course to repair.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Trouble shooting and problem solving;
• Mechanical ability and maintenance background;
• Understanding of pressure pots and operation and repair;
• Understanding of paint guns and internal components for rebuilding;
• Understanding of Promix system and how it operates and able to repair;
• Pm’s and repairing LPI carts;
• Running and replacing flush lines and air supply lines;
• Understanding of transfer pumps and rebuilding;
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently on task needing completion;
• Understanding of TDS sheets and SDS sheets;
• Understanding of paint operations and required PPE.
