ManpowerGroup Construction Worker/Framer in Muncie, Indiana
Our client, an industry leader in construction, is seeking a dedicated Construction Worker/Framer to join their team. As a Construction Worker/Framer, you will be an essential part of the construction department, supporting skilled teams in building and framing structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Construction Worker/Framer
Location: Muncie, IN
Pay Range: $18 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
What's the Job?
Perform framing and construction tasks according to project specifications and safety standards
Assist in the assembly and installation of structural components
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, specifically in framing or related roles
Ability to work on-site in Muncie, IN; this position is not remote
Background check and MVR check required
Strong physical stamina and attention to safety protocols
Reliable transportation and punctuality
