The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.
This role will be part of Digital Marketing function and will be responsible to develop and execute customer focused Digital sales and marketing strategies for INM RBWM. Primarily responsible to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention on their Mobile app
Principal Responsibilities:
Acquisition: Lead the planning and execution of the Mobile digital strategy that includes development of end-to-end processes for user acquisition. Planning, launching and managing paid campaigns across various platforms like search, social, ASO, and other mobile networks to acquire users
Portfolio: Drive sales target through sales funnel analysis, proposition, messaging and acquisition and accountable for digital sales and revenue targets for the accounts sourced digitally
Optimize journey funnel through experiments and ensure to deliver against user acquisition and CPA targets
Operations: Day to day operation management and growth of mobile campaigns by working closely with internal stakeholders across operations, call center and VCIP teams
Data Analysis: Manage and monitor digital KPI and MIS and collaborate with local business stakeholders to track key metrics like app installs, active users, drop-offs, and conversion rates
Content: Create engaging content along with marketing and proposition team to showcase app features/ benefits etc to drive growth
Plan, build, test and launch best in class content, digital marketing and customer interaction plan
Work closely with the Digital banking team to drive mobile adoption across different segment of customers
Work with other members of Marketing globally and the business to inform and guide senior stakeholders
Stay updated on mobile app market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies
Strategic thinking, stakeholder management & agency management and ensuring seamless campaign execution
Qualifications :
MBA from reputed business school with at least 10-12 years of overall digital marketing experience
Detailed understanding of retail banking products and services
Thorough understanding of the Mobile app marketing landscape in India including app store, ad networks and users acquisition strategies
Keen, data driven, analytical person, with a test & learn approach
Should have an eye for detail and be able to derive conclusions from data as also adept at learning new things
Ability to liase with media and creative agencies to get the campaigns rolling
Prior experience in a product/ marketing role in a financial services category is preferred
