About our Team:

You will be part of the Professional Services team, working closely with our Product Technology, Sales and Product Management teams. The Professional Services team is recognized for its passion and professionalism, with a fun, energizing and fast-paced work environment. The role will report into the Regional Lead, Professional Services, and collaborates closely with other Professional Services team members on client projects.

About the Role:

As part of the implementation team, you will deliver LNRS solutions internationally to clients in banking, insurance, and fortune 1000s, building enduring relationships with these clients and acting as the gateway between the internal product team and the client’s compliance and IT departments. You will help external clients understand our compliance and risk software solutions and integrate these into their IT or systems infrastructure. You will be involved in interesting and challenging, client-facing work, with responsibility for some or all phases within the project life cycle, including data analysis, implementation, training and ongoing client relationship management. The role is based in our Mumbai office. As this is a client-facing role, you may frequently be based on client site, and regular travel is part of the job, up to 30% of your time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional consulting support on compliance and sanctions risk management, advising clients on regulations, systems, and processes using LNRS products.

  • Analyse client business activities, conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify data trends, and recommend best-practice solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Ensure integrity of project data, including extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis of complex data sets.

  • Perform functional customization of solutions and create ad-hoc as well as automated reporting to meet client needs.

  • Manage project prioritization, planning, tracking, and ensure quality and timely delivery of client deliverables.

  • Deliver, install, and configure applications as per requirements, including providing technical training and knowledge transfer to end users.

  • Troubleshoot implementation issues, conduct technical/product health checks and audits, and coordinate quality reviews with proper escalation of risks.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, operate in a customer-facing role, support South APAC region clients, and be willing to travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science-based degree preferred) with experience in a technical role involving product support and/or implementation.

  • Strong communication skills with business proficiency in English.

  • Client-facing experience in service-based or product-based organizations.

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and a strong ability and willingness to learn.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

  • Familiarity with Banking and Financial Services domain.

  • Experience in AML/KYC, financial crime compliance, sanctions screening, and transaction screening/monitoring.

  • Willingness to travel and work closely with clients across the South APAC region.
